and turnaround times.

Lead times can change during peak and busy periods, and we cannot be held

responsible for delays if turnaround times have not been confirmed in advance.

Please note that all stated lead times are estimates only and should not be

considered guaranteed delivery dates.

and a high level of repeat business, demand for our products is consistently high.

This reflects the premium standards of our work, but it can also impact production

schedules during busy periods.

All light-up numbers, light-up letters, and custom-made backdrops are

produced to order and have an approximate turnaround time.
Please contact us before ordering to confirm the current lead time,

Orders placed without confirming turnaround times are done so at the customer’s

own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for items not arriving in time for an event.

Orders that include multiple items, such as more than one

sailboard, backdrop, stage, or prop, may be subject to an extended production lead time.
