This giveaway is organised by Ozzy James Props.

The giveaway is promoted through the Ozzy James Props Instagram account @ozzyjamespropsnew.

2.1. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

2.2. Employees of Ozzy James Props, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.

2.4. Entrant must reside within mainland UK

3.1. To enter, participants must complete the entry requirements stated on the official giveaway Instagram post.

3.2. Participants must have a genuine Instagram account and must be following @ozzyjamespropsnew at the time the winner is selected.

3.3. Instagram accounts created solely for the purpose of entering giveaways, or entries that appear fraudulent or automated, may be excluded.

3.4. Entries must be received before the giveaway closes.

3.5. Ozzy James Props reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

4.1. The giveaway will close on whichever happens first:

• 31 January 2027, or 
• When @ozzyjamespropsnew reaches 7,000 followers. 

4.2. If the account reaches 7,000 followers before 31 January 2027, the giveaway will close at that point and the winner will be selected.

4.3. If the account has not reached 7,000 followers by 31 January 2027, the giveaway will close on that date and the winner will be selected.

4.4. Once the giveaway has closed, no further entries will be accepted.

5.1. One winner will receive £1,000 worth of Ozzy James Props products.

5.2. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.3. The £1,000 prize can be used towards eligible Ozzy James Props products, including:

• Backdrops 
• Podiums 
• Plinths 
• LED Numbers 
• LED Letters 
• Other eligible standard Ozzy James Props products 

5.4. Custom builds and bespoke/custom-made products are specifically excluded from the prize.

5.5. The winner can select eligible products up to a maximum combined value of £1,000.

5.6. If the products selected are worth less than £1,000, the remaining balance will not be paid in cash or credited.

5.7. If the products selected exceed £1,000, the winner may pay the difference themselves.

5.8. Products are subject to availability and normal production lead times.

6.1. The £1,000 prize is based on customer collection from Ozzy James Props in Liverpool.

6.2. Delivery can be arranged if requested by the winner.

6.3. Delivery is not included as part of the £1,000 prize.

6.4. Any delivery costs must be paid separately by the winner.

7.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the giveaway closes.

7.2. The random selection process will be conducted fairly.

7.3. Ozzy James Props will retain appropriate evidence of the winner selection process.

7.4. The winner will be contacted using the Instagram account associated with their winning entry.

7.5. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

7.6. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible or has not complied with the entry requirements, Ozzy James Props reserves the right to select another winner at random.

The ASA specifically recommends that prize-draw winners are selected randomly and that promoters are able to demonstrate that the process was random. 

8.1. The winner may be announced on the Ozzy James Props Instagram account.

8.2. By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees that Ozzy James Props may announce their Instagram username as the winner.

8.3. Ozzy James Props will never ask the winner for passwords, banking details or payment to claim the prize.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering this giveaway, participants release Instagram from responsibility in relation to the promotion.

10.1. Ozzy James Props reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes breaches these Terms & Conditions.

10.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

10.3. Ozzy James Props reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

10.4. The giveaway will be administered fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

10.5. These Terms & Conditions should remain available to participants throughout the promotion.
